NETTING WORLD was founded in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1991 for the purpose of providing chemical-free protection against swarms of mosquitoes in the state. Initially jackets, pants and shawls were designed, successfully field-tested and sold through outfitting stores.

NETTING WORLD has developed new products including children sizes of jackets and pants, baby carrier covers, and tents.
